The picture shows the fourth redesign. It was to cut major parts away from the upper corners of the yoke, and also to cut away material on each side of the yoke to make it narrower.

The picture shows the result of the fourth redesign. They also cut away material from the hooks and the relative angle between the yoke and the hooks were changed. New holes were cut for the two wires or thick ropes (W) that were attached on each side of the yoke. The triangular lugs on the hooks have been repaired (L).

The yoke was damaged even due to the last attempt to recover the visor. It can be seen from the damages on the hooks, more specific the triangular lugs where the three ‘starboard’ lugs again have been bent to ‘starboard’.
